I played the game for about three hours last night, with a friend of mine who has a adsl line, worked great. I played the predator a few times and it was fun. I m still not that good at the predator need to work on my tactics there. We had a blast, the mod has great Promis. It will be great when we have our next net Party and the 10-30 of us run our quake server with this, (duel pII333, 256m ram all the goodies over 100mps) fun fun fun fun fun.. Ok here is My gripe as I'm sure you new it was comming. In our net game its going to be a blast the good guys can all work together. On the i-net most people go about on thier own thing and even shoot Fello Marines, Sometime its accidental, others not. Or they Light up a fellow marine in hopes to draw out the pred. What I have Noticed is that (offcours) everyone wants to play the pred. Because of this they are willing to sell out the other people who are suposed to be team mates. I think making a Heavy frag penelty lets say -5 to -10 for killing someone on your team Might do the trick. Lets Face it there is always going to be friendly fire its a fact of war. but it might force people to check thier targets. I try to play like its me in there so I try to check all my targets, offcourse this in the case when it is the predator, can be fatal! Just a thought. You could even make it so that if a person gets -10 frags or lower they can't enter back in the game. Accidents happen, but then again you still have to pay for them Riht?
