We're considering a few options, including outright banning for repeat offenders. :^}
You've nailed it by saying that some people kill by accident. Our problem is how to differentiate
between accidental fragging and a case of the dickheads. :^}
You're idea is kinda like the "heretic" in Holy Wars. It's not a bad idea, but it does distract from the real fun: chasing the predator.
We'll see what we can come up with.
