In the hands of decent lpbs, the Railgun of the pred is too powerful, what you should do Is maybe reduce the damage to half, but increase the fire rate to 2/3's of what it is now. The weapons is just too powerful for an lpb pred. Rockets have been weakened and what you are doing for HPB's is fine, but even out the playing field for lpbs...
